VGS- Terms and Conditions for Travel Agency Gift Card

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using the gift card provided by Voyager Global Solutions. These terms and conditions govern your use of the gift card and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the travel agency. By purchasing or using the gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Gift Card Description:

The gift card is issued by VOYAGER GLOBAL SOLUTIONS and can be used as a form of payment for eligible travel services offered by the travel agency.

The gift card may have a specific monetary value or be preloaded with a specific amount determined at the time of purchase.

Redemption:

The gift card can be redeemed for eligible travel services, including but not limited to flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals, vacation packages, tours, and other travel-related services offered by VOYAGER GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or used for purchases outside the scope of travel services provided by the travel agency.

Gift Card Value and Expiration:

The value of the gift card is denominated in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

The gift card may have an expiration date, which will be clearly stated on the gift card or communicated at the time of purchase.

Expired gift cards may not be reactivated or redeemed.

Gift Card Restrictions:

The gift card cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash.

The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund, except as required by applicable law.

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaced or refunded.

Gift Card Usage:

The gift card must be presented or entered as a form of payment at the time of booking or purchase.

If the total cost of the travel services exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another acceptable payment method.

The gift card may be used for multiple transactions until the full value is exhausted or the gift card expires, whichever comes first.

Limitations and Liability:

VOYAGER GLOBAL SOLUTIONS reserves the right to limit the use of gift cards in certain circumstances, such as during promotional periods or for specific travel services.

The travel agency is not responsible for any unauthorized use or loss of gift cards.

The travel agency shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or disruptions in the use or redemption of gift cards caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

Modification and Termination:

VOYAGER GLOBAL SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

In the event of termination, any unused gift card value will be forfeited.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the travel agency is located.
